About Me

Welcome to my outpatient clinical neuropsychology practice, where I bring over a decade of experience, bilingual care, and a deeply personalized approach to evaluating and treating individuals with cognitive, emotional, and neurological concerns. This practice represents a culmination of years of dedication to clinical excellence, education, and innovative interdisciplinary collaboration.

My Professional Journey
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, with specialized training in neuropsychology. I completed my APA-accredited internship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Adult Neuropsychology, and pursued advanced fellowship training at Design Neuroscience Center (DNC), where I deepened my expertise in brain injury, forensic neuropsychology, and complex diagnostic evaluation.
ā
For over a decade, I’ve served as a Professor at Albizu University, where I coordinate the neuropsychology concentration within the APA-accredited doctoral psychology program. In this role, I mentor doctoral students, design curriculum, and lead training in areas spanning from assessment, neuroanatomy/neuropathology and neurorehabilitation.
ā
My professional experience spans acute medical settings, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, private practice, and forensic consultation. I am a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology, with Board Certification in Medical Psychology, integrating a biopsychosocial and psychopharmacological lens into my work.
Additionally, I proudly serve as a mentor in the MIT LinQ and IDEA² programs, helping biomedical engineering teams develop next-generation health technologies targeting brain function, aging, and mental wellness.

Why Neuropsychology?
Neuropsychology sits at the intersection of brain science and real life. Whether clarifying a diagnosis, guiding a recovery, or planning for the future, neuropsychological evaluations offer a roadmap for understanding and action. I am honored to support individuals, families, and professionals in navigating this journey with clarity and compassion.
